Rugby Players Association: Cam Neild

Working with The RPA we produced this film with Cam Neild on his life after professional rugby, his journey into coaching, the lessons he’s learned away from the professional game, and how support from the Rugby Players Association helped him begin preparing for life beyond rugby.

Now Head Coach at Consett Rugby Club, Cam reflects on leadership, personal growth and the importance of putting yourself into new environments and opportunities.
